Ready to start a healthy diet and get super fit!??
I will present some tasty but at the same time healthy recipes.
The first one is the VEGETARIAN CHICKEN SALAD.
I am sure you have seen different versions of a chicken salad, I will present my one and this time is for you my vegetarian friends. : )
The quantities are really personal, it depends if you are on a strictly diet or you want to get some weight on.
Anyway they are all vegetables so you can have as much you want!!
- Fresh spinach
- Vegetarian chicken
- Cut the lettuce, cucumber and avocado and put them in the serving plate.
- Cook the vegetarian chicken; when it is almost ready, I cook the pepper and the courgette too just to add a crunchier taste to the salad. Do no cook the veggies too much so you will not loose most of the nutrition that they have.
- Add in the serving plate the chicken with the vegetables you cook.
- Add black pepper and salt if you like it and a drizzle of olive oil.
As you can see this recipe is really fast to make so you can not complain you do not have time to stay and eat healthy. ; )
If you are vegan, you can use vegan chicken.
If you like the taste of the meat, you can use the classic chicken.
